Mark has completed 100 workouts since we migrated our athletes to our online coaching platform this summer. 100! At about 4 workouts a week, this guy is the picture of consistency and commitment to taking great care of himself. The biggest payout his coach is tracking: leaps and bounds of strength-gains.
