Virtual Personal Training
During these 45-minute sessions, your coach is live with you via Zoom or FaceTime. Whether you are overcoming injury, training for specific skills, or just love that extra push to work your hardest – personal training sessions mean that your coach can meet you live, right from home. Each session is professionally pre-programmed with a warm up, workout, and accessory work that moves you closer to your fitness goals, along with that extra dose of personal touch and accountability.
Custom Online Workouts
Delivered through our user-friendly app and customized to fit your space, time, and equipment, custom online workouts can go anywhere with you! Your coach will prepare your weekly session with warm ups, workouts, skill or strength work, and cool downs – all to match your personal fitness goals. Those workouts, along with a custom coaching video for each one, are uploaded into an app for easy access. Our online movement library provides quick and easy-to-follow video tutorials for every movement we give you, so you’re never left guessing about how to move well. The app also provides easy ways for you to log results, communicate with your coach, and receive feedback and encouragement on all of your hard work.
Nutrition Accountability
Food and fitness are the perfect combination for pursuing your best level of health. When it comes to the results that most people are looking for, the reality is that a flat stomach is not a function of training. Our nutrition program helps you practice and develop food-based habits that will change your lifestyle and get you results much faster than training alone. All accountability is app-based, so it’s easy to upload questions and results, and communicate regularly with your coach.
