Member Highlight: Emily P.

Could we be more impressed with this lady and how hard and consistently she has worked over the last few months? Nope! Emily is incredibly patient with herself and trusting of her coaching process. Her commitment to getting the work done means that not only has she toned up and getting stronger, she feels like the sky’s the limit and has been able to bump up her # of workouts per week and their intensity.

Online Coaching workouts give Emily flexibility and one Personal Training session per week gives her an anchor point for getting live feedback and checking in with her coach.

While Emily is out looking for heavier dumbbells (💪) we’ll be over her talking her up for working hard, sticking with the plan, and getting the results she is looking for.
