I was hesitant at the beginning, I felt defeated with my weight, but after my initial meeting with Joel and Laura I could tell how passionate they were to help me reach my goals. My journey has had some ups and downs, but with their persistence for my wellbeing and fitness; I can proudly say I am going in the right direction and continue to do so with Joel and Laura as my coaches. “

One of our biggest struggles was finding time. We all have busy schedules, but we can handle 30mins 2x a week and we encourage each other when we are feeling tired or sore. When the session is done we feel energized and always that it was well worth it!”
